Return Policy

We will gladly accept unworn merchandise with original tags attached, accompanied by an appropriate proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, refund in the original form of payment or store credit if the original receipt is not available. Merchandise purchased online may be returned to LuckyBrand.com or a Lucky Brand store in the United States & Puerto Rico, excluding Lucky Brand Outlet stores.

Exceptions
Swimwear: Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, items must be unworn with all tags and hygiene strip intact.

SALE Merchandise: Returns or exchanges purchased from LuckyBrand.com must be returned to the online store within 15 days of the invoice date. Returns or exchanges on sale merchandise will not be accepted at Lucky Brand or Lucky Brand Outlet stores.

Clearance Merchandise: All sales are Final.

Price adjustments may be made within 14 days of original purchase.

Items purchased at Lucky Brand & Lucky Brand Outlet stores can not be returned to LuckyBrand.com.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

OPTION 1:  On Your Own or Outside of the United States

1.   Complete the return and exchange form and enclose it with your securely packed return merchandise.
2.   Send the package to:

3.   Upon, receipt, a credit in the form of payment used, less appropriate adjustments for shipping & handling will be issued.
 
*Postage must be prepaid. COD will not be accepted.  We suggest using a trackable shipping method. Returns will not be accepted at Lucky Brand Outlet or locations outside of the United States & Puerto Rico.
 
 
OPTION 2:  At One of Our Stores in the United States & Puerto Rico
 
1. Simply bring this packing slip along with the merchandise to any Lucky Brand store in the United States & Puerto Rico.
2. A credit in the form of payment used, less appropriate adjustments for shipping & handling will be issued.
